Cathryn Bennett

Cathryn is a results oriented clinical research professional with more than 25 years of hands on experience in the pharma, biotech, CRO and device industry. Her nursing background provides her with broad therapeutic knowledge. She has extensive experience in all operational aspects of conducting global clinical studies, managing teams and projects through the clinical study life cycle from start-up through the clinical study report.

She is also experienced in developing clinical operations structure and processes including clinical SOPs and analyzing existing clinical operations functions to identify gaps. Proficient in identifying, selecting and managing clinical operations vendors and budget management. Comprehensive global regulatory knowledge enhances Cathryn’s GCP training and auditing skills.

Recognized for her clinical research knowledge and presentation skills, she was the founding member of the Canadian Chapter of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) and served on the Association Board of Trustees (ABOT) for the ACRP. She is a member of the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta, ACRP and DIA.
